Activation makes sharing an intentional decision. This ensures: • No surprise billing • Clear control over which spaces are live • Predictable costs • Enterprise friendly and auditability Tours can only be shared from Active Spaces.

When you activate a space: • Tour sharing is enabled • The space becomes billable • Billing starts pro-rated from that day • All tours inside the space can be shared

When a space is deactivated or archived: • Billing stops immediately • All shared tour links are disabled • Tours will no longer be accessible publicly • Data is preserved and can be restored anytime Reactivating the space restores sharing and billing.

This flexibility is governed by RevsSpace’s Fair Usage Policy, which ensures responsible use of storage and platform resources. Usage that violates this policy may be restricted.

The base subscription is prepaid and billed at the start of each billing cycle. It provides access to the RevsSpace platform, including unlimited creation of spaces, tours, planners, and internal content. Add-on usage charges (such as active spaces beyond the included limit) are postpaid and billed at the end of the billing cycle based on actual usage. This ensures you only pay for what was actively used during the period. This hybrid model keeps billing predictable while allowing flexible, usage-based scaling.
