RevsSpace Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the RevsSpace platform, products, software, services, and websites (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using RevsSpace, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Definitions

“RevsSpace”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the RevsSpace platform and its operating entity.

“User”, “you”, or “your” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

“Space” refers to any physical or virtual asset, unit, site, or area represented within RevsSpace.

“Active Space” refers to a Space explicitly activated for sharing or external access.
-
“Enterprise Customer” refers to users operating under a negotiated enterprise agreement.
2. Eligibility
You must:

Be at least 18 years of age

Have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts
-
Use RevsSpace in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
If you are using RevsSpace on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Account Registration & Membership
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Maintain the security of your credentials
-
Be responsible for all activity under your account
RevsSpace may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable policies.
4. Membership Plans
RevsSpace offers multiple membership plans, including Discovery, Professional, and Enterprise plans.
Key Membership Principles:

Unlimited creation of spaces, tours, planners, and internal content on all plans

Billing applies only to Active Spaces
-
Draft, inactive, archived, or paused spaces are always free
-
Plan features, limits, and pricing vary by subscription
Enterprise plans may include custom terms governed by a separate agreement.
5. Billing, Fees & Payments
5.1 Base Subscription

Base subscription fees are prepaid
-
Charged at the start of each billing cycle
-
Non-refundable except where required by law
5.2 Add-On & Usage Charges

Usage-based charges (e.g., additional Active Spaces) are postpaid
-
Calculated based on actual usage during the billing period
-
Invoiced or auto-charged at the end of the billing cycle
Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
6. Active Space Activation & Deactivation
-
A Space is billed only when explicitly activated
-
Deactivation immediately:
-
Stops billing
-
Disables all shared tours and external access
-
-
Re-activation resumes billing
7. Fair Usage & Storage
RevsSpace does not artificially constrain content creation or internal storage.
However, usage is governed by a Fair Usage Policy, which prohibits:

Use of RevsSpace as a general-purpose file storage or backup service
-
Excessive or abnormal resource consumption
-
Automated or abusive upload behavior
RevsSpace reserves the right to enforce fair usage controls.
8. Acceptable Use & Content
You agree not to upload, share, or distribute content that:

Is illegal, unlawful, or infringes third-party rights
-
Is abusive, hateful, obscene, or harmful
-
Contains malware or malicious code
-
Is misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive
-
Violates applicable laws or regulations
You retain ownership of your content but grant RevsSpace a limited license to host, process, and display it for service operation.
9. Data Ownership, Privacy & Security

You retain ownership of all uploaded data
-
RevsSpace processes data solely to provide the Service
-
Data handling is governed by the RevsSpace Privacy Policy
-
Enterprise customers may negotiate custom data governance terms
RevsSpace implements reasonable security measures but does not guarantee absolute security.
10. Analytics & Monitoring
RevsSpace may collect usage analytics to:

Improve service performance
-
Ensure billing accuracy
-
Detect misuse or abuse
-
Maintain platform integrity
Analytics are processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
11. Enterprise Users as Partners
Enterprise customers may be treated as strategic partners under separate agreements.
Such agreements may include:

Custom pricing and billing
-
Storage and usage terms
-
SLAs and uptime commitments
-
Data residency and compliance requirements
-
Co-branding or partnership clauses
Where conflicts exist, the enterprise agreement prevails.
12. Suspension & Termination
RevsSpace may suspend or terminate access if:

These Terms are violated
-
Payment obligations are not met
-
Illegal or harmful activity is detected
-
Platform security is threatened
Upon termination:

Access may be revoked
-
Shared links disabled
-
Data retention follows applicable policies or agreements
13. Warranties Disclaimer
RevsSpace is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
-
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
-
We do not warrant accuracy or completeness of content
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

RevsSpace shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
-
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevsSpace from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

Your use of the Service

Your content
-
Violation of these Terms

Infringement of third-party rights
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
17. Modifications to Terms
RevsSpace may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated where commercially reasonable. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Force Majeure
RevsSpace shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, network failures, or force majeure events.
19. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without prior written consent. RevsSpace may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.
