RevsSpace Pricing & Billing Policy

This Pricing & Billing Policy explains how subscriptions, usage-based charges, billing cycles, and payments work on the RevsSpace platform (“RevsSpace”, “Platform”, “Service”).

This policy applies to all users unless otherwise agreed under a separate enterprise agreement.

 

1. Pricing Model Overview

RevsSpace follows a hybrid billing model:

  • Base subscription - prepaid

  • Usage-based add-ons - postpaid

This model ensures predictable access costs while allowing flexible, usage-driven scaling.

 

2. Base Subscription (Prepaid)

  • The base subscription fee is charged in advance at the start of each billing cycle

  • It grants access to the RevsSpace platform and core features

  • Includes unlimited creation of:

    • Spaces

    • Nested structures

    • Tours

    • Planners

    • Draft and internal content

Base subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated.

 

3. Active Spaces & Usage-Based Charges (Postpaid)

  • A Space is billed only when explicitly activated

  • Billing applies only to Active Spaces

  • Draft, inactive, archived, or paused spaces are always free

Included Active Spaces

  • Some plans include a fixed number of Active Spaces at no additional cost

  • Each Active Space includes unlimited tours and sharing

Additional Active Spaces

  • Active Spaces beyond the included limit are billed based on:

    • Usage slabs

    • Plan-specific pricing

    • Enterprise contract terms (if applicable)

Usage charges are:

  • Calculated at the end of each billing cycle

  • Billed as postpaid charges

 

4. Pro-Rated Usage

  • Active Space usage is pro-rated based on the number of days active during a billing cycle

  • Activating or deactivating a space mid-cycle adjusts charges accordingly

 

5. Deactivation & Billing Control

  • Deactivating a space immediately:

    • Stops billing for that space

    • Disables all shared tours and external access

  • Reactivating a space resumes billing from the activation date

 

6. Taxes & Invoicing

  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

  • GST or other applicable taxes may be applied based on billing location

  • Invoices will reflect:

    • Prepaid subscription charges

    • Postpaid usage charges

    • Applicable taxes

 

7. Payment Methods

  • Payments are processed using authorized payment providers

  • You authorize RevsSpace to charge the payment method on file for:

    • Prepaid subscription fees

    • Postpaid usage charges

Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in service restriction or suspension.

 

8. Late Payments & Suspension

  • Outstanding postpaid charges must be settled within the invoice due date

  • RevsSpace may:

    • Suspend access to Active Spaces

    • Restrict sharing features

    • Terminate services for prolonged non-payment

 

9. Enterprise Billing

Enterprise customers may have:

  • Custom pricing

  • Consolidated billing

  • Credit terms

  • Contract-based invoicing

Enterprise agreements supersede this policy where explicitly stated.

 

10. Pricing Changes

RevsSpace reserves the right to update pricing.

  • Subscription pricing changes will be communicated in advance

  • Usage-based pricing changes will apply prospectively

Continued use of RevsSpace constitutes acceptance of updated pricing.
