  • All users of RevsSpace

  • Website visitors

  • Trial, paid, and enterprise customers

  • Data Subject / Data Principal: The individual to whom the Personal Data relates.

  • Controller / Data Fiduciary: Entity determining purpose and means of processing.

Depending on context:

  • Customers are the Data Controllers / Data Fiduciaries for data they upload to RevsSpace.

  • RevsSpace acts as a Data Processor for customer content and a Data Controller/Fiduciary for:

    • Account management

    • Billing

    • Security

    • Analytics

    • Legal compliance

  • Name, email address, phone number

  • Organization details

  • Billing and payment information

  • Support requests and communications

4.2 Content You Upload

  • Images, videos, panoramas, spatial data

  • Metadata associated with spaces, tours, and planners

  • Usage logs and activity data

  • Cookies and similar technologies

 

5. Purpose of Processing

We process Personal Data to:

  • Provide and operate the RevsSpace platform

  • Manage accounts and subscriptions

  • Process payments and billing

  • Enable sharing and collaboration

  • Improve performance and features

  • Ensure security and prevent misuse

  • Comply with legal obligations

RevsSpace does not sell Personal Data.

  • Enterprise customers may define custom retention schedules

No system is completely secure; absolute security is not guaranteed.
