Refund & Cancellation Policy

RevsSpace Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and account termination are handled on the RevsSpace platform (“RevsSpace”, “Platform”, “Service”).

This policy applies to all users unless otherwise agreed under a separate enterprise agreement.

 

1. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their RevsSpace subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting support.

Upon cancellation:

  • Access to the platform will continue until the end of the current billing cycle

  • No new subscription charges will be applied after the current cycle

  • Active Spaces will remain active unless explicitly deactivated by the user

 

2. Base Subscription Fees (Prepaid)

  • Base subscription fees are prepaid

  • Once charged, base subscription fees are non-refundable

  • No refunds or credits are issued for:

    • Partial billing periods

    • Unused time

    • Downgrades during a billing cycle

Exceptions may apply only where required by applicable law.

 

3. Usage-Based Charges (Postpaid)

  • Usage-based charges (such as additional Active Spaces) are billed postpaid

  • Charges reflect actual usage during the billing cycle

  • All usage charges incurred prior to cancellation remain payable

Cancellation does not waive outstanding postpaid usage fees.

 

4. Deactivation & Billing Control

Users may deactivate Active Spaces at any time.

  • Deactivation immediately:

    • Stops billing for that space

    • Disables all shared tours and external access

  • Charges are pro-rated based on the number of days the space was active

Users are responsible for managing activations to control usage charges.

 

5. Refunds for Trials

  • Trial plans (e.g., Discovery) are provided free of charge

  • No payment is collected during trials

  • No refunds apply to trial usage

 

6. Account Termination by RevsSpace

RevsSpace reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of Terms or policies

  • Non-payment of fees

  • Illegal or abusive activity

  • Security risks or misuse

In such cases:

  • No refunds will be issued for prepaid fees

  • Outstanding usage charges remain payable

 

7. Enterprise Customers

Enterprise customers may have:

  • Custom cancellation terms

  • Credit periods

  • Refund or termination clauses

Such terms will be governed by the applicable enterprise agreement and will override this policy where explicitly stated.

 

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

 

9. Policy Updates

RevsSpace may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated where commercially reasonable. Continued use of RevsSpace constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
